Repairing spongie floor & installing tile.

This customer’s rear entrance floor area is spongy and needed to be repaired.
The first image is the tear out. The second image is a view of the support legs installed and the third is of the ¾ inch plywood installed.


Tile is layed out and final cuts are made.


Tile is set to floor with spacers installed.

Customer's drain at kitchen sink was leaking into basement. Lead pipe was removed and replaced with ABS pipe

This customer had water damage in the shower. Tiles where removed and replaced.
