Removing and Replacing drains under residential concrete basement floor

1. Floor is marked and punch point jack hammer tip is used to penetrate concrete.

2. 3" wide chisel tip is used to break away completely around area.

3. Concrete only is removed.

4. Dirt is removed and defective drain is located.

5. Defective drain is removed ready for new schedule 40 piping.

6. Schedule 40 pipe installed.

7. Dirt fill installed with gravel on top of dirt.

8. Toilet reinstalled.
